Quality Management Training From Feb.21 to 22.

To improve the total quality control (TQC) cognition of TONSANers, and to put forward the quality management in TONSAN, we had a TQC training from Feb.21 to 22.
Quality management expert, Mr. WangMingYan, gave us full explanations and analysis of quality management history, understanding and diagnosis of TONSAN organization, relation between quality management and company performances, 4 principles of quality management (definition of quality, improvement of quality system, work attitude with null defect, measurement of quality), team building and innovation, and system and analysis. He and some TONSANers had a deep discussion about actual management problems.
All TONSANers attended this training. After this, we found the difference between our current situation and top quality management requirement, and we understood the stringency to make constant progress. TONSAN will fulfill the quality requirement in our future work.
