TONSAN distributors’ satisfaction investigation in March, 2005

In march, 2005, TONSAN had a satisfaction investigation to our distributors with questionnaires. The investigation shows that customers’ satisfaction is 85.4%, the satisfaction of TONSANers’ work attitude is 91.6%, the satisfaction to this agenda is 90%, TONSAN district managers have 80% satisfaction when understanding customer needs, and the lowest satisfaction is the solution speed to trouble shooting: 78.4%.
The investigation also shows that our distributors want to have more training regarding application cases of our adhesives, application tricks, marketing and maintenance.
