TONSAN recently imported a static mixer from Italy Turello company for our polyurethane production; the machine can pack at most 50 sausages per minute and the max extrusion is 800ml each step. The machine can pack 1500 tones per year and it passed the trial production test in May. Now TONSAN can produce PU adhesive with closed material feeding, vacuum adhesive extrusion and with the mixer integrated with other PU production devices.
