This winter is warm and fashion girls are wearing spring clothes. Actually, not only the weather is warm, but also the hearts of some 200 TONSAN members are full of vital force! TONSAN is breaking the sales target of 100 million RMB and is targeting a new sales goal for year 2007: 150 million.

“One team, one dream”, we cheered the opening of TONSAN yearly meeting.

“One team, one dream” is for team building. We made several team building games. One of them is “pick up a toy pig and put it in a box”; this game indicates that TONSAN is going to have a big harvest in year 2007, a pig year. Each team made a plan to pick up pigs as many as possible, while the other members cheered. Normally debonair TONSAN doctors and masters and normally serious bosses cheered and changed their images, full of ardor in the chaos, exhibiting TONSAN enthusiasm and morale.

The other game is “boatman and frog”, a game for cooperation training. Only by cooperation can a team success. “Precise and just” MR. Yinbai Li came forward for the judge of the game and his judge is fair and strict. One team moves forward with great care; one team moves too fast leaving frogs behind; One team moves with frogs leading their boatmen! And one team does not make good resource configuration and its boat is broken and frogs run away. A simple game teaches us a lot of truth.

“The power of a collectivity is large”. Tug of war is one of TONSAN’S favorable games and it puts the meeting atmosphere to a zenith thought the outside temperature is around zero centigrade, but the game members are sweating with faces flushing. Now what remains in our minds is the competition between the south sales team and the north sales team. It is really difficult to determine the winner and several extra competitions are added by “precise and just” Mr. Yinbai Li. Oh, look at them, their flushing faces and bulky necks! Now I have no doubt that these men can reach their 150 million goal!

Now the game is Kara OK. Warmed-up by resplendent fire-crackers, the 9 teams are dashing for the No.1 prize. For fair competition, the grading group employed Mr. Zhai as a greffier, and the grading group leader, Mr. Lin hosted a meeting to make grading rules before the competition. After tough competition, the customer service team got the gold medal, the manufacturing and HR team got the silver medal and the electronic team, bronze medal. To encourage continuous progress, the tailender was awarded with “Continuous progress” encouraging prize.

The persons who touched the bottoms of hearts of TONSAN in 2006, the collective birth day party …, so many excellent programs! So many high tides in the meeting. Such an atmosphere is really difficult to describe, but one thing is true: life is really nice; being a member of TONSAN is really nice!

A survey of past wrong will help to avoid today’s same wrong and to reach the success of year 2007.TONSAN GM, Mr. Lin recalled the past 2006, concluded the gain and loss, and described the grand blueprint for year 2007. Representatives from sales, R&D, production made promises based on TONSAN belief “trustworthy responsibility, continuous innovation, high quality products and service”.

Prizes for outstanding TONSAN employees, sales pioneers, R&D projects…, Everybody makes up his mind that next year he will also be on the stage and accept at least one of the prizes. Oh, yes, TONSAN will have more people that will get prizes. Yes, you can!

“We have a big family: TONSAN”. The CME told us the deed of Mr. Qiao Zhiguo who had overcome personal misfortune without delaying his work in TONSAN. With swimming eyes, every attendant donated him money and love. At the meeting, 15000 RMB was received. After the meeting, many colleagues who missed the yearly meeting also donated him more than 2000RMB.

Yearly meeting is over and year 2007 begins. Everybody goes back to his own work position and work hard for the 150 million sales goal and for the ambition that TONSAN will become an internationally competitive adhesive company in 2030. We believe that TONSAN is much better when we meet next year!
