A new lab built according to international standard was put into use in TONSAN recently. The new lab has 80 square meters and is open to the public. The equipment in the lab cost 2.3 million RMB. Some of them are INSTRON universal test machine made in USA, IT503 impact test machine made in USA TINIUS OLSEN, QUV aging machine made in USA, a gas chromatographic instrument made in Japan SHIMADZU, a KARL FISCHER coulometer made in Swiss METTLER TOLEDO and so on. A weariness tester to be imported and a second INSTRON universal tester to be imported will definitely make the data obtained in the lab more accurate.

The use of the new lab will not only improve the test technology in TONSAN, but also provide powerful guarantee to the R&D and QA in TONSAN. Corresponding equipment maintenance and control is also adapting the international standard.

To make TONSAN lab management normal and professional, TONSAN will make a centralized control of the lab and TONSAN CMA labs according to TONSAN development and the international convention.
